l have really sensitive skin and can not find anything that just really really works.Any suggestions?

The Body Shop has an aloe line that is for sensitive skin. They have body and face components. I have very sensitive skin and have been using their products for about 5 years. I even sold them for a time. I have never had any reactions to any of their products.
