does roasted lemons dipped in sugar help your face is acne? well, my acne is really starting to build up, pimples and all that, and my aunt said to roast some lemon, dip it in sugar and then spread on my face!!! does that really work?

l wanna test it before l go and buy proactive or some other skin care product!

It sounds like it would just be the citric acid and sugar acting as an exfoliating scrub. It would be worth a shot before spending the money on proactive. Personally, that stuff has never worked for me.

well ive never heard of that working. but you can use lemon juice as an astringent, it can tighten up your pores alot. you can use sugar as scrub, mix it with milk and vuala! but i do not see how your idea can hurt, so give it a try.
